Cooperative Quarterly Speaker Mailing

Rigsbee/White 2007-2008 Cooperative Mailing Agreement

Your one-sheet will be distributed four times over the coming year, along with those of other mailing participants, to 2,000 association-meeting planners. The flyers will be mailed in 9” x 12” flat envelopes and will be stamped with first class postage.

I, ___________________________, agree to pay $2,400 for participation in the Rigsbee/White 2007-2008 Cooperative Mailing. Participation will consist of providing 2,000 one sheets for each of the quarterly mailing, sent to 2,000 association meeting planners. This is an annual subscription; for the 2007-2008 mailing, my credit card will be billed upon the following schedule: $400 on September 15, 2007 and $200 per month (on the 15^th) from October 2007 through July 2008 (10 months).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Your professional image one-sheet flyers must be 8-1/2 x 11 inches (flat, not folded). They may be printed on one side or two, in color or in black and white. Flyers may be no heavier than 100# quality gloss paper. There will be an additional charge for overweight flyers.

2. You may use the same one-sheet for all four mailings, or you may use a different one for each. Russell & Ed are willing to store your extra flyers if you select to print and ship all 8,000 for the October 15^th deadline.

3. Flyer deadlines, the day the flyers must reach both Russell & Ed (please keep shipping distances in mind):

· October 15, 2007 (There will be some flexibility on the first mailing.)

· January 15, 2008

· April 15, 2008

· July 15, 2008

Your payment reserves a space in each mailing. If your flyers are not received by the deadlines or do not meet the above requirements, there is no guarantee of being included in that specific mailing, nor will refunds be made. Single-shot mailing participation requires a prepayment of $800, by the last day of the month, prior to the month of the mailing.

We make no booking guarantees, implied or expressed. Generally, the better your flyer (graphic composition, content and clarity of benefit), the better chance you have of being noticed by planners in their booking cycle.

If, for any reason, you must exit the agreement (with the permission of Ed Rigsbee and/or Russell White) you agree to pay the single-shot participation-mailing fee of $800 for each of the mailings in which you participated. Your credit card will be billed for the additional funds at notice of exit.

If you need graphic layout & copy editing assistance with your flyers, both Ed & Russell offer this service for a set fee of $500 per flyer. Each has staff for this purpose; contact either Russell or Ed for more information.

For printing, Ed uses Tu-Vets in Los Angeles (contact Henry Ayala @ 800-894-8977 or www.Tu-Vets.com) and Russell uses Vista Print (www.vistaprint.com). While the above are highly recommended, feel free to use any printer you like.
